What are my delivery options when ordering school photos?

SchoolPix offers free delivery to those families who order prior to OR on the day of photography. This free delivery is to the school only - the photo orders are then issued to each child to bring home.

If you have a special request in regards to delivery via the school - there is an option to select a 'hold at office'. This will mean you need to collect your order from your school's administration team.

This option is a great alternative if there is more than one person ordering for the student/ students and you wish to personally collect your order.

 

If you are ordering three or more days after school photo day - there is no longer a school delivery option. You will be automatically charged the additional handling and postage fee to receive your order through Australia Post to your nominated address - either a home or work address.

 

Please note that when selecting post to home options these orders will not be mailed prior to the school delivery - this includes orders placed for express post.

School deliveries will always be made in the first instance, followed by any postal orders as these are produced separately in our lab.

 

Australia Post has advised that the frequency of their deliveries, will no longer take place daily and therefore we suggest allowing up to fourteen business days to receive any postal orders via standard postal services.

Should you opt for tracked or express post delivery at the point of checkout - your order once packed in our warehouse, it will be scanned into the Aus Post systems once picked up from our depot. You will be notified of the ETA of delivery via the Aus Post App.

 

Important To Note: Aus Post Parcel Lockers  cannot be used for delivery of our packs, as the dimensions are classified as a standard letter.
