The photo delivery is incorrect, I didn’t get what I ordered. What do I do now?

Please check your receipt via your email, and confirm the package content you have against your received order.

Double-check your order envelope to ensure the prints are not stuck together. The label sealing your order will also list the contents.

If you feel there is a product missing, or there is a problem – we do apologise for the error and ask that you make contact us within three weeks of receiving your order.

If it is past six months since your paid order was dispatched and listed as shipped in your account, you may be asked to pay a fee for the replacement printing and postage of the pack.
