The school photo order delivery is incorrect, I didn't get what I ordered. My delivery never arrived? What do I do now?
Please check your receipt via your email, and confirm the package content you have against your received order. You may also check your online account via the order history tab to locate the receipt if you have misplaced the email.
Double-check your order envelope to ensure the prints are not stuck together.
The label sealing your order will also list the contents.
If you feel there is a product missing, or there is a problem - we do apologise for the error and ask that you make contact us within three weeks of receiving your order.
Should you feel the order has gone amiss in the postal system and it didn't arrive - please check the status of your order within your schoolpix account.
We encourage you to reach out to your local post office to see if the order is being held for your collection.

My delivery is incorrect or missing?
If it is past six months since your paid order was dispatched and listed as shipped in your account, you may be asked to pay a fee for the replacement printing and postage of the pack.
You will be asked to supply an alternative mailing address - as we will not redeliver to the same address if your order never made it to you in the first instance.
