Please check your order flyer, for the website listed. If you are attempting to order on the incorrect site- this will cause an error.

Noting that SchoolPix has different ordering platforms for school students and kindergarten children.

Have you followed the steps to create your online account?

Make sure you have created an account to enter the code in - without a valid account the code will not be verified and therefore you won't be able to place an order or payment.

Our IT department does suggest using a computer with google chrome for the best access to our site.
