I ordered school photos- when can I expect them?

Once you have placed your order with SchoolPix online, your online account will be updated at each stage of our production process.

Some schools do request to proof their photos prior to our lab being able to commence printing orders. This can in some cases, delay the delivery of photo orders.

Please refer to the below with regard to status updates within your account:

Photography - the school is yet to complete all its photography bookings for the year

Waiting for Cutoff - orders are still open online and production of the orders does not commence until the cut-off has passed

On Hold - SchoolPix is waiting on information from the school to be able to move into the printing stage

Waiting On School - SchoolPix is awaiting the return of the school's approval for the images they have selected to proof. Only once this is returned to our lab can orders commence printing.

Processing - your order is going through our production lab in preparation for printing

Printed - the order has been printed and is now in our warehouse ready for packing by our team

Packed - your order has been completed and packed -is in the final stages of dispatch

Shipped - the order has left our warehouse, either for school or home delivery - please refer to your receipt information.
