I need a code to access the images of my preschool child - where is this?

Your child's personalised order flyer will have this code listed for you, alongside the ordering website information - your child will recieve this before photo day at the kinder.

Your preschool decides on how consent will be collected. 

Did you pre-register online? If your photos are ready to view online, you will have received an email from SchoolPix advising of your access link.

If you didn't pre-register through the SchoolPix system ~ then you will need your initial photo order flyer. If you are not able to find this, you will need to contact your preschool director to obtain or request it for your child.

If you are unable to locate any of the notification emails from SchoolPix, in your inbox, junk or spam folders ~  you will need to call our Customer Care Team 1300 766 055 or email help@schoolpix.com.au

Once all the verification and security checks are completed, they may be able to confirm your registration and provide you with more information.

Make sure you have with you when you call, all the details of your ordering account and childs preschool details for the security questions our team will ask.

Kindly note our team are authorised only to look up and discuss orders with the registered account holder.
