How do I know when my preschool printed photo order is coming?
All our preschool orders are issued via Australia Post's - standard mailing services. There is no tracking option available.
Please be aware that the way your order arrives at your nominated address may have now changed from previous years as per changes to the Australia Post system.
If you are a registered user of the MyPost App ~ you will now receive delivery notifications electronically. There will no longer be a collection card issued for you.
Please refer to your notifications for the 'end date' listed, which is the final holding date before your order will be returned as uncollected.
If however, you are not a MyPost user - at this stage the delivery driver with Australia Post should be leaving you the standard collection card to pick up your order before the holding date listed.
Failure to collect by that date will result in the order being returned to our warehouse as 'uncollected' or 'undelivered'
In the event your order is returned to our warehouse, one of our friendly customer care team will reach out to you for an alternative postal address to reissue your delivery to, as soon as possible.
