Why isn't the group photo included in the digital pass, or available in my child's gallery to see?

The group photo isn’t included in the Digital Pass because it features multiple children, and we respect the privacy and consent of all families involved - and is therefore not displayed with your child's private gallery either.

The group photo is only available as a printed product to ensure proper usage rights and to maintain privacy.

This allows us to provide a keepsake while protecting the images from being shared digitally without appropriate permissions.

The unique ID you have entered into your account for your child - will allocate the correct group photo for printing if you select to add this to your shopping cart during your ordering process.
