# Why did I not receive my video reel?

If you purchased any Early Bird Product and opted in to receive the Bonus Video Reel but didn’t receive it,  we suggest you try the below troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Check the receipt emailed to you when you completed your earlybird purchase. If you 'opted in'  when you added the earlybird pack to your cart - it will be listed 
2. Your entered an Australian Mobile number.
3. Check that your WhatsApp is up-to-date.
4. Check that you provided the correct phone number.
5. If you require further assistance, contact Customer Care, they can help you - you can reach out via email to help@schoolpix.com.au OR via phone at 1300 766 055

 

The Bonus Video Reel is *included exclusively* with any Early Bird Product purchase.

It is **not** available to those who only pre-register or to purchase as a separate product.
