When do I receive the bonus WhatsApp reel?

If you purchased any Early Bird Product and opted in to receive the Bonus Video Reel it will be sent to you via WhatsApp as soon as the photos are ready!

You must have an up-to-date version of WhatsApp and a valid Australian mobile phone number.

We suggest downloading it and saving it for your keepsake if you wish to keep it.

Kindly note these free bonus reels are not kept on our database - these are created and sent.

Once sent the link expires and is deleted.  They can not be reinstated or reissued once delivered. 

Please Note: We won't be able to send you the video reel if you don't have a WhatsApp account, do not have an up-to-date version of the app or choose not to provide your mobile number.
