When do I receive the bonus video reel?

If you purchased any Early Bird Product and opted in to receive the Bonus Video Reel it will be sent to you via WhatsApp as soon as the photos are ready.

You must have an up-to-date version of WhatsApp and a valid Australian mobile phone number.

We suggest downloading it and saving it for your keepsake if you wish to keep it. As these are not kept on our database to reissue once delivered to the WhatsApp account.

Please Note: We won't be able to send you the video reel if you don't have a WhatsApp account or choose not to provide your mobile number.
