# What do I do if I can't find my order flyer for my preschool child?

If you have lost or misplaced your original form and you have no existing ordering account with SchoolPix from a previous year, your kindergarten director will be the best person to assist you.

 

For privacy and security, our customer care team are not permitted to look up or release any student information to persons who do not have ordering history on file, we know you will understand the importance of this.

 

Your preschool is supplied with a full list of the unique ID codes for all their enrolments, they have the authorised persons on their file for each student.

 

In the event you do have an existing online account with ordering history for verification and security checks, our customer care team *may be* able to assist you.
