My order has arrived at my house - but it was damaged in delivery - what do I do now?
We are sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged via the postal services.
We encourage you to lodge a complaint with the service provider listed on your envelope.
If your order is damaged beyond repair - please take photos of each affected product (in its entirety) and email them to our helpful customer care team- along with your reference number listed on your payment receipt.
This will need to be received within five business days of you having your order in hand.
Our customer care team will locate and verify your account and ordering details, before issuing a reply to you. A request for any replacement products with our in-house Lab team will then be requested on your behalf.
