My kinder order has not arrived? OR it has arrived and is incorrect, what do I do now?

Have you checked your credit card statement to confirm your order was submitted? Be sure to check the payment definitely went through?

 

Have you located your online receipt via your email inbox? It will help our customer care team to better assist you if you have this information handy!

This will also show you the summary of the confirmed order you paid for.

 

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within three months of the payment being confirmed. If it is after that time - there may be a cost to you for the replacement printing of the order and delivery to your nominated address.

Ideally our packing warehouse would like an alternative postal address if your initial order was lost in the mailing system.
