My school child's name is incorrectly spelt on the order flyer- How do i get this fixed?

If you have received your order flyer with your child's name and unique codes for ordering your school photos this year and you notice the name is misspelled please follow the steps below:

If this is PRIOR to photography day at your child's school-

1.  Inform your child's teacher AND /OR the school office administration team - as the school supplies names each year upon booking photography services.

They will need to email our office to supply their written authority to make any changes to their data initially supplied.

 

2. If the name is a simple spelling error, we encourage you to call our Customer Care Team ~ who can review the request and give you advice on next steps.

 

 

If you notice this after photo day and choose to proceed with a purchase - your order will be printed in our lab within 48 hours with the name as it appears on your form.

At this time no changes or updates can be made without a cost being incurred.

If you notice this on your reciept - please contact our customer care team who will give you directions on what to do next.

 

 

Important to note - verbal requests made on the photo day at the school will not be actioned.
