If your order flyer is missing, there’s still a secure way to order your child’s school photos online before photo day. Just follow these straightforward steps:
- Sign Up or Log In: Head to orders.schoolpix.com.au. If you’re new, please sign up. If you’ve been here before, simply log in.
- Go to Student Search: After logging in, find and click on the “Student Search” link,
- Enter Your Child’s Details: For your child’s security, you’ll need to enter their first name, last name, and date of birth accurately. These details are compulsory.
- Complete Your Order: If the details you’ve entered match what we have on file from your school, you can proceed to place your order online. If not, you will need to contact your school and ask them to reissue your codes to you.
Please Note:
- Ordering Deadline: Use the “Student Search” function before the photography day to ensure your order is processed on time and securely delivered to your child’s school. This deadline helps us maintain a secure ordering process.
- Delivery Information: Orders made through “Student Search” will be securely delivered to the school. Currently, we cannot send orders to home addresses.
- Digital Downloads: If you have ordered a digital download, be aware that the digital download code will not be sent out via email; it will be printed and included in your order.
