Information for separated families

SchoolPix supplies one ordering flyer per student to the school - however, we do supply the unique ordering information to the school also. If you have not received the ordering flyer please speak with your school office administration team to request these details.

You must have the codes to be able to order for a student.

Do I need a different code for my child? The unique codes are specific to the student and are not parent/ guardian specific. Each parent/guardian will be required to create an online account of their own. Your receipt for any purchase made will be emailed directly to the inbox of your schoolpix account.

How do I ensure I get my order? There are a couple of different options available when you are completing your order through the website. The default option will be "deliver to the child's school" - this will mean that the order OR orders will be issued to the student to bring home by the class teacher. If you would prefer to personally collect your order when it arrives at the school - we encourage you to select the "Hold at School Office" option during your checkout process. This will ensure your order is clearly labeled when delivered to the school. The school will then be in touch with you to arrange its collection.

I don't want my order information shared? Neither do we. SchoolPix takes the privacy and security of personal information very seriously. Your online account and profile are unique to you and only to you. Unless you choose to share this information with others. Our customer care team will only ever discuss your order with you and you alone - once all your personal details are verified.
