I purchased an Early Bird Family Treasures Pack  - when do I select the photos?

Customers who purchased a Super Saver Pass or an Early Bird Family Treasures Pack will receive an email notification when their photos are ready to view, following our internal processes after the kindergarten's final photo session.

This is approximately five business days after the final session.

The automated email will include a link to your private gallery of your child's kindergarten activity photos, where you can browse and select the images to include in the printed pack.

Look out for the email in your junk, spam or promo types folders within your inbox. Depending on your inbox settings, the automated email may be quarantined under your security settings.

Simply follow the steps outlined in that email to complete your order. The credit will apply to the account in which you preordered in the earlybird offer.

Kindly note if you are attempting to order under a different email address, the credit is nontransferable.

Important to Note -  Any unused amount or value, is not carried over and can not be credited for future use.

By completing your order without the full value of your credit- you are forfeiting the remaining value.
