I purchased a school digital download, how do I get it?

Once your order is in its final stages of being issued, the digital download notification email will be automatically released.

This notification will arrive in your inbox with a secure link. Our IT department does recommend using a computer to view and save the images for keepsakes and any future use you might have.

If you have placed your order using the student search function online, our internal servers will automatically block the notification email. This is part of the coding & security checks within our systems.

These processes and procedures are not able to be overridden.

When you get your school photo order, the enclosed front sheet/ cover page will also have the download link and code printed with information on accessing the image.

Please note: as per the SchoolPix website and ordering information- the digital download is the child's portrait photo only and does not include any group photos.
