SchoolPix will deliver to school if your order is placed within three business days of photo day and/or home depending on when you ordered online and your chosen method of delivery – please check back on your payment receipt email for delivery information.
SchoolPix uses standard mailing services through Australia Post. You should allow up to three weeks for delivery to a home or work address within Victoria – once your order has been listed as shipped in your SchoolPix account.

If you do not receive your order – please contact our customer care team within six months of your payment being made through your SchoolPix account.
If it is past six months since your paid order was dispatched and listed as shipped in your account, you may be asked to pay a fee for the replacement printing and postage of the pack.
You should have your SchoolPix reference number with you when you call through for prompt assistance.
