I ordered Kinder photos and am not happy with them, how do I get a refund?

SchoolPix offers a money-back guarantee on our paper and print quality. We only deliver photographs we consider to be of the highest standard. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the print quality, please contact our customer care team.

If you have ordered during the proof viewing stage of the preschool photos. You have viewed and selected your chosen images from your child’s gallery to order and if you are not happy with the print quality of the items, you may be requested to return them for a refund.

Any refund requests for printed photos must be received in writing or via email or phone to our Customer Care Team within seven days of delivery.

Important Note : if you have ordered and viewed or downloaded any digital images these are nonrefundable.
