If you ordered a funny class group print and it is not in your received order, it may be that the photo wasn't able to be taken on the day or the school have opted to not offer these for purchase.

Whilst our photographers do their best to capture fun and memorable moments for the class, if the students use rude or inappropriate gestures - in consultation with the school, the image won't be used.

In this scenario, you will have automatically received a refund for that item.
