I need to reorder from previous years, How can I do this?

SchoolPix holds archived images dating back to the early 2000s, so older school photos may still be available to reorder.

If you would like us to check for archived images, please email help@schoolpix.com.au with:

• School name

• Student name

• Year of photography

• Student date of birth

• Phone number linked to your SchoolPix account

Our Customer Care team will use these details to verify the request and check whether SchoolPix photographed the student in that year and whether the archived images are still available.

For privacy and security reasons, archive enquiries require appropriate verification against SchoolPix records. If we are unable to verify the request from the information available, our team may ask for further information or may be unable to provide access to the archived images.

If images are available, Customer Care will reply with instructions on how to reorder.

Separate orders may be required for different photography years, and postage may apply. If multiple orders reach our warehouse at the same time and can be packed together, any applicable postage refund may be reviewed by our finance team.

Archive searches can take additional time depending on the age and nature of the request.
