I need to reorder from previous years, How can I do this?

SchoolPix holds images in archives dating back to the early 2000's.

If you have lost all your school photo records, due to an extreme weather event like a fire or flood, or perhaps you have changed your mind and wish to order previous years' photos - or you simply can not locate them, great news you can order them again through your schoolpix online account.

Note that images are archived per booked year of photography made by the school; if multiple orders are required, then postage is applicable for the late order. Kindly note that should your orders arrive in our warehouse at the same time from our industrial lab - our packing team will request any applicable refund with our finance team on your behalf in the event the orders can be packed and delivered together.

Our Customer Care Team may be able to assist you with an enquiry - so long as your previous ordering history complies with our verification checks and confirms the details for the privacy & security of the students we photograph.

Please email the below details for verification in our database and SchoolPix will then seek to retrieve archive files to establish that photography was completed by us and if the images are still available.
