I didn’t enter the correct delivery address for my order- how can I change it?

Opps! That’s okay!

Please contact our customer care team who will manually update your order address details. This will need to be within 24 hours of you placing your order.

If it is outside the 24-hour window, there is a chance the order will already have been issued via our dispatch warehouse.

All mail that is reissued back to our warehouse as undelivered or uncollected via Australia Post will be contacted to obtain a new postal address.
