I did not get my photo order? What do I do now?

Please check your email inbox to locate your receipt. You will find a ‘schoolpix reference number’ on this receipt- please have this ready when you call our Customer Care Team for any further assistance.

If your Schoolpix reference number starts with “RX” – this means your order was placed after the cut-off date for free delivery to the school and you will note you have paid for home delivery.

If you received a secondary flyer from your school their delivery, as your flyer indicates- “If you have ordered – don’t worry. It’s still on its way”

If your order doesn’t arrive, you must make contact with our customer care team within, at least, six months of the photo day at your child’s school – if your order is not received at your school or your home address. If it is past this timeframe, you will need to reorder the pack online.
