I can’t pay on photo day- what should I do?

The only order that will need to be prepaid is a sibling photo, without a prepaid order for this SchoolPix does not guarantee a sibling photo will be taken. If you are experiencing difficulties in payment prior to photo day you can contact our customer care team to ensure a sibling photo is taken- you can then call to pay at a later date.

Remember you have two working days after school photography takes place to order online, with free delivery of your order back to the school.

Orders placed after the two days will automatically incur the handling and postage fee – for direct delivery to your nominated address when ready.
