I am not happy with the photo package I have received- What can I do about this?

SchoolPix strives to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. We only deliver photographs we consider to be of the highest standard and meet our quality control checks.

SchoolPix reminds you that there is zero tolerance for aggressive or abusive language towards our team – we are here to help.

They may be able to offer an alternative image or may suggest you attend an appointment for a retake during the school holidays at our temporary studio space in Hallam.

Alternatively, if there are no suitable options to provide as a replacement for the portrait of your child, we may be able to provide a partial refund. You may be requested to return the pack for this.

Please note, refund requests must be made within three months of delivery and are at the discretion of the Customer Care Team on a case-by-case basis.
