How do I locate my school photo ordering history?

Your SchoolPix Ordering profile, within your account, will hold all your ordering history. To gain access to this, follow the steps below:

Log into your ordering account at order.schoolpix.com.au

This is best done on a computer or tablet, using Google Chrome as your browser for the best access to the ordering platform

Once in your account, located in the top right corner of the screen is a heading "Order History"

Select this, and displayed on your screen now will be any orders within your account. Note that these might also show abandoned carts, where an order has not been finalised.

It will also display any orders you have stopped working on and the system has then canceled in the meantime. This is listed as the job status.

You will be able to locate the packages you have previously ordered, this can be useful if you are looking to keep the contents consistent year on year.

Once you select an order from your listing, it will display the contents of your order, including any digital downloads you might have purchased. This can then be useful for you to search your inbox or spam folder for the email notification you would have received.
