How do I create an online account to order school photos?
SchoolPix has an easy-to-navigate online ordering system, it is recommended you use a computer or laptop with chrome for the best view of the webpage.
If you are new to our ordering, select order online from our homepage, from here you will need to select 'create an account'. A few simple steps will get your account set up and ready to make an order. If you are an existing user, simply enter your email and the password you created - if you have forgotten it, don't worry! There is a 'forgot my password' prompt on the screen.
Enter the codes when prompted, you will find these on your order flyer. Remember if you have more than one child- you must enter each child's unique set of codes to order for each of them individually.
If you are missing codes and are placing your online order before photo day, you may be able to search for your child's information via our 'student search option' - note this will only match if your school has provided all the necessary information to our office.
If your order flyer states to contact the school - please do so for your codes.
Alternatively, you can call 1300 766 055 to obtain assistance over the phone. However, if you prefer send our friendly team an email at help@schoolpix.com.au and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
Remember that you should receive an instant email confirmation and receipt in your inbox or junk box when your payment is approved for your online order.
