Do you give refunds?

SchoolPix strives to keep our customers completely satisfied. We only deliver printed photographs we consider to be of the highest standard.

If for some reason you are not 100% happy please contact our Customer Care Team to discuss your concerns, they are here to help. They may be able to offer you an alternative portrait photo or offer you a retake appointment at a temporary studio over the school holidays.

If neither option is agreed upon as a suitable replacement offer, you will be offered a partial refund on the items affected.

You may be requested to return the printed items to us if you are wanting a full refund.

Please note, refund requests for printed photo products must be made within three months of delivery and are at the discretion of the Customer Care Team, on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Digital Download Images

Digital downloads are nonrefundable once you have clicked submit and view OR download the digital version of your photo. Any disputes must be made within seven (7) days of viewing or downloading your photo and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with refunds being issued at our sole discretion.

A reminder that SchoolPix has zero tolerance for aggressive or abusive behavior towards any of our staff.
