Can I have editing done on my preschool activity photos?

We understand that students or parents may wish to have images edited from time to time.

These may be for things such as cold sores, food on the face, pimples, visible bruises or scratches on the face as examples.

SchoolPix is not responsible for the condition of children's clothing, which includes food stains or marks. These can however, be edited with review from our lab at a cost.

SchoolPix does offer editing as an additional service, at a cost for blemish removal.

This service is for activity photos only - we do not offer this for any group photography as these are usually photographed from a distance.

If you are looking to have editing to any of your child's activity images for printing use - you will need to contact our customer care team prior to ordering online. They will need your child's unique ID code to be able to register the request for a quote with our lab. They will also ask for the specific image file number or numbers you are looking to have the editing done including the specifics of your request.

Note that the cost is per image.

If you are calling after y have confirmed your order with a payment or after the delivery of your order is made, there may be an additional reprinting cost charged to you ontop of the blemish removal fee.

This may not be limited to only prints but postage to home costs also.
