Can I get editing done on my child's school portrait image?

We understand that students or parents may wish to have images edited from time to time.

These may be for things such as severe acne, pimples, visible bruises, scratches on the face, ribbons and bows incorrectly placed, hair over the face or cold sores.

SchoolPix does offer editing as an additional service, at a cost for blemish removal. This service is for student portraits and or sibling photos- we do not offer this for any group photography as these are usually photographed from a distance.

If you are looking to have editing to your child's photo, you will need to contact our customer care team after placing your order online. They will need your reference number from your receipt for verification and will take the specific details on your request via phone.

Payment is required at the time of this call, via credit card. Note that the cost is per image- for example, one charge for the portrait and an additional charge for the sibling photo.

If you are calling after the delivery of your order is made, there may be an additional reprinting cost charged to you in addition to the blemish removal fee. This may not be limited to only prints but postage to home costs also.
