Can I get a refund on my preschool digital purcahse?

SchoolPix guarantees the quality of our photographs.

Once you view or download the digital version of your purchased photo/s - we do not offer redunds or allow changes to your order.

Any disputes must be made within seven (7) days of viewing or download the photo/s and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any refunds will be granted at our sole discretion.

Note: Should you choose to print the digital files ~ your print quality and colour balance may differ from photos printed by SchoolPix. 

We do offer a money back guarantee on our paper and print quality of preschool orders. placed through our ordering system and printed in our lab.

If you place an order when the photos are live in your gallery - we do not provide refunds on this as you have viewed all of your child's images before placing an order and therefor approved the images you purchased.

SchoolPix does not give refunds due to change of mind.
