A student’s name needs to be changed, how can this be done?

If you have a student whose name has changed completely, or discovered or been advised by a parent that the spelling is incorrect please follow the below steps:

Prior to Photo Day – email the details to smile@schoolpix.com.au advising of the name as appearing on the order flyer or as per your data submitted to our office. Alongside the correct or change to be made

Please note that name and spelling updates at this point will take up to three business days to update within our online ordering system for the family to commence ordering online.

On Photo Day – if you are alerted to this on the day our SchoolPix Team are on-site at your school or kindergarten please refer to the checklist our team has with them to make this change which you will sign to authorise.

Please note at this time, changes will only be made after the final photo session/day has been completed and will not be immediately available for families through the online ordering system.

After Photo Day – email the details to smile@schoolpix.com.au advising of the name as appearing on the order flyer or as per your data submitted to our office. Alongside the correct or change to be made.

It is important to note that if your school or kindergarten orders have already been printed and delivered, there will be a cost to you for any replacement prints required.
